Paul Lipson

Paul Lipson served for seven years as Chief of Staff to Congressman José E. Serrano, an eleven-term Democrat and senior appropriator from the Bronx. He founded and led The Point Community Development Corporation, a pioneering organization based in Hunts Point and active in the sustainability sector. Paul works with organized labor locals, food wholesalers, small-business owners, community advocates and nonprofit organizations to develop solutions to longstanding resilience challenges in Hunts Point. He is currently a principal of Barretto Bay Strategies, a Bronx-based urban solutions consulting firm specializing in neighborhood revitalization.
